Softball (W): Softball Advances with win over West Jordan (05/18/2012)
Hunter picked up its 16th win of the season and it's 1st win in this years state softball tournament. They defeated West Jordan 5 to 1. Sophomore pitcher, Jordan Beutler struck out 5, and held West Jordan to 1 run for the win. Tess Matagi and CJ Perhson each got a double. (more)
Softball (W): Final game before state playoffs (05/16/2012)
Hunter softball team finished off their regular season schedule with a 9 to 6 victory over Bountiful High School on Friday. That was the 15th win of the season! The team had 13 hits including 4 doubles, 1by Mackenzie Cedarstrom, 1 by Tess Matagi, and 2 by CJ Perhson. (more)
Baseball (M): State playoffs for baseball (05/16/2012)
Hunter defeated Granger 4 to 3 in their play in game on Friday. Brandon Davies pitched 5 strong innings, and Austin Bean closed the game out in the 6th and 7th innings. It was a great all around team effort offensively and defensively. Dimitri Saliba, Jared Hancock, Paxson Hightower, Ronnie Montoya, and Camden Hansen all had hits. We play at Bingham tomorrow (Tuesday) at 4:00, and then at Syracuse or Copper Hills on Wednesday at 4:00. Great Job Wolverine Baseball! (more)
